Meadow Park (St Ives) Limited

Meadow Park (St Ives) Limited is a privately owned company operating since 1980 in the St Ives and Cambridge area. The company specialises in the conversion of redundant offices into quality high spec residential accommodation. It also manages the flats on behalf of the owners and tenants and provided an excellent level of service at minimal costs.

In 2017/18 the Company redeveloped office blocks 1 and 2 on the then office park at Meadow Lane. These became 20 flats know now as the Chestnuts (flats 10 to 29). This project was highly successful and has been fully occupied by owner occupiers or tenants since.
